The XRPL Lab has onboarded SimpleSwap Into Xumm, this is to make crypto swapping to be seamless for users, and to tackle irrelevances in the process of swapping.
To make progressing to the XRPL ecosystem completely more available and natural for everybody, engineers of the Xumm wallet have coordinated the decentralized crypto exchange SimpleSwap as a xApp into its platform.
SimpleSwap, which upholds more than 1000 crypto assets and a few government-issued (fiat) money, prides itself on an easy-to-understand and dependable service for crypto purchasing, selling, and swapping.
The incorporation of SimpleSwap into Xumm by the XRPL Labs plans to improve the Xumm stage and deal with an easy encounter for swapping different digital currencies on various networks into XRP.

According to the information made public, ” This new addition offers a streamlined and straightforward approach simplifying the process of converting cryptocurrencies into XRP, making the transition into the XRPL ecosystem smoother than ever.”
Mostly motivated by a solicitation from the creator of xrp.cafe, the well-known Xumm-upheld non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace, the association with the two networks SimpleSwap and Xumm is to essentially overcome any barrier in onboarding new users to the XRP ecosystem, as per the official information.
According to the Xumm team, the new development will be simple for those acclimated to the conventional financial structure to join the moving crypto train.

Approaching Swaps To XRP
Specifically, SimpleSwap’s joining Xumm aimed specifically to back inbound trades at the initial stage. This involves that users can utilize the wallet to change other digital currencies completely to XRP yet can’t swap from XRP to other cryptocurrencies.
As mentioned by the team, the project significantly aimed at reducing the hacking risk and preparing a safe ground for its users. As per the information updated by the team, “When Xumm receives, we know the account can be accessed. However, for outbound transactions to the non-XRPL ledger, ensuring user access isn’t possible.”
Rising Improvement On Xumm
The XRPL Labs have onboarded various improvements on the Xumm wallet as of late to further develop the user experience. Toward the beginning of May, Xumm collaborated with Guardarian to permit users to trade XRP with more than 40 government-issued (fiat) currencies.
Not long after, the XRPL Labs teamed up with payment service Poko to onboard more than 100 payment strategies on Xumm for XRP buys. As revealed, Zerpmon, an XRPL-based game that permits players to acquire XRP to their Xumm wallet directly, was launched recently.
