No Official SHIB LinkedIn or Fantom Version

RagnarShib clarified that Shiba Inu does not have an official LinkedIn account and emphasized that there is no Fantom chain version of SHIB. Several crypto exchanges reported receiving offers to list the Fantom chain version of Shiba Inu, purportedly sent by a LinkedIn account claiming affiliation with Shiba Inu. RagnarShib reiterated that these claims are false and directed followers to the official Linktree page for easy access to the cryptocurrency’s genuine portals.

RagnarShib acknowledged the existence of a LinkedIn account for Shiba Inu’s metaverse project, “Shib: The Metaverse,” managed by Metaverse Advisor Marcie.

Previous Warnings

This isn’t the first time RagnarShib has issued warnings regarding fake SHIB versions. Earlier, he brought attention to a counterfeit SHIB version on the Fanthom blockchain, reiterating that SHIB is only available on the Ethereum blockchain and dismissing claims of its existence on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

Impersonation Scams

Shiba Inu’s popularity has attracted malefactors who impersonate top team members to promote fraudulent giveaways. These scams have involved impersonating Shiba Inu’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama. Scammers have used Kusama’s name to promote fake giveaways and exploit the community’s trust.

Community Response

The Shiba Inu team and community members have been actively exposing potential scams to protect investors in response to these threats. Shiba Inu’s marketing expert, Lucie, recently warned exchanges and portals to remain vigilant against impostors claiming affiliation with the cryptocurrency.

Account Compromise

RagnarShib’s Telegram account was recently compromised by hackers who used it to promote scam giveaways. Fortunately, Ragnar regained control of his account and has implemented two-factor authentication (2FA) on his social media accounts, including Twitter, to enhance security.

The Shiba Inu community remains vigilant and united in its efforts to safeguard the interests of its investors and ensure the integrity of the SHIB ecosystem amidst growing threats from impersonation scams and counterfeit versions on various blockchains.
