It is no news that despite the popularity newly launched meme coin The Protocol (THE), some die-hard investors of other existing meme-based tokens are not planning to switch their preference for it.
It is worth noting that David Gokhshtein has been an influencer and promoter of Shiba Inu since he has on several occasions promoted Shiba Inu just the way Elon Musk is promoting Dogecoin.
Recently, Gokhshtein said that Shiba Inu would have a parabolic rally in the next bull run and more also the prominent crypto analyst, recently revealed his regret for not taking it all on Shiba Inu.
“When it came to meme tokens, I should have just [gone] all in on SHIB,” he said.
The Emergence of THE Protocol
The meme was created as a result of the suggestion made by Ethereum co-founder, Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum.

Buterin jokingly said a cryptocurrency dubbed “THE Protocol” should be created, which will be easy for influencers to promote the project.
Per the intention of Buterin, influencers can promote the token by referencing statements mentioning “THE”.
Shiba Inu has been doing great over time as the token is getting adopted by various platforms. For instance, the recent update unveiled that the top Swiss cryptocurrency platform Swissborg recently included the token in its trading platform.
