Africa’s Oldest National Park, A UNESCO World Heritage Site Now Accept Shiba Inu And Few Other Crypto As Donations

The fame of Shiba Inu among platforms and companies across the globe hasn’t decrease as it recently got adopted by the Africa’s oldest National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a means of donation alongside a few other cryptocurrencies through The Giving Block.

Virunga National Park Partners With The Giving Block To Accept Cryptos Including Shiba Inu As Donation

The new development came as a result of the partnership of the Park with The Giving Block which will serve as a platform to enable the crypto donation.

It is worth noting that the Partnership of the National Park precisely known as Virunga National Park, with The Giving Block was not too long for the significant reason of activating the donation with over 100 cryptocurrencies which include Shiba Inu.

Facts About Virunga National Park

It is a 7,800 square km park situated in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The park is predominantly populated with primates and almost 689 rangers are dedicated to safeguarding the Park’s wildlife, and the Virunga National Park relies on donations to support its operations. As far back as 1979, the park got enlisted by UNESCO to its World Heritage Site list.

However, the park’s management looks forward to harnessing the Park’s natural resources to create opportunities for the four million people that live within a day’s walk of its borders. Currently, there are jobs in four different areas: fisheries, hydropower, sustainable agriculture, and tourism.
